When I was employed at Keystone Technical Institute, I became eligible for the Mentor Program. My job was to guide and provide resources for new instructors. It was a very rewarding experience and I learned a lot throughout the process. Teaching one's peers is very different from teaching a classroom of students.

Being a successful leader requires a level of discipline and patience.
