Final Project: Methodology
Qualitative research is most effective when one is looking to obtain detailed information about the values,opinions, behaviors, and social contexts of a specific population. Data can be interpreted in many ways; however, qualitative methods give a "human" aspect to the completed research. This final project helped me to understand the importance of qualitative research and how and when it should be used when gathering research materials.

GPSY 612 Social Psychology
Presentation: Classic and Contemporary Readings in Social Psychology
Social Psychology was a class devoted to studies and situations in and out of the classroom. Often times, the method was the most important thing about the study. Numerous studies were discussed and dissected in order to learn more about the theories being featured. I enjoyed taking this class; many of the readings involved case studies that I was very familiar with, like the Standford Prison Experiment. My classmates and I would post in the classroom forums and discuss the ramifications of experiments that had flawed methodology. Below is an example of a presentation I created for my specific chapters. I also had to create questions for each chapter for my peers to answer.

GREV 611 Statistics III
Final Project: One Way ANOVA
This was the last class I took for Statistics. Below is my final document, which was a one way ANOVA. A one way ANOVA is a one-way analysis of variance; It is used to compare means of two or more samples. My topic was "What effect does the child’s gender and disability have on their enrollment in homeschooling?" I also applied a linear regression model to the same variables. In the end, I found there was no relation between gender and disability and their enrollment in a homeschool.
